To the amazing folks at RHR, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming Luna like family. Thank you for caring for her with so much love, for bringing her honey when she got sick, and for going above and beyond to make sure she got the vet care she needed. That kind of compassion means more than words can say — especially to someone who's been let down before. You didn’t just give Luna a safe space — you gave me peace of mind.   • I brought my 3 dogs in for grooming. One is 16 years old, almost completely blind and deaf, and has dementia. The other is also 16 and has lost some sight and hearing, the 3rd, well he's just a spoiled brat, lol. Usually grooming is extremely traumatic for the older girls and it takes the groomer all day to get them done. When I told the owner about this she made my dogs the only appointments booked that day. They really went above and beyond for my babies, and I had never been there before. All my kids came home happy, tails wagging and not stressed out like they usually are! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies!!!! I would highly recommend Ruff House for grooming! As for daycare or boarding, I haven't used these services, but I can say that the facility was extremely clean, spacious, and the pups I saw there during my tour were nothing but happy!

  • We brought our dog here while we went on a trip and I couldn’t be happier about choosing this place! We have never boarded him so I was very nervous but the staff was so reassuring and kind to us. I was able to call daily and they sent us pictures of him every day 😊 and if you follow their Facebook page, you might even get to see your baby on there! If I ever go out of town again, I will definitely be choosing Ruff House! Thank you for keeping our baby happy and safe ♥️

  • I have boarded my dog here three times now and most recently had to have my baby boarded for 10 days which was the longest me and my boyfriend have ever been apart from him. He can be a little shy and has an iffy temperament due to being abused before being rescued. I get really nervous leaving him especially for long periods of time. However, I have never had but the best of experiences with the Ruff house! The staff is always so friendly and treat him as if he were their own. I feel so much more at ease knowing he is in good hands and anytime I call to check on him they are quick to give me an update and will even send photos! When I pick him up he is excited to go home and his things are always orderly packed and ready! Amazing boarding facility and staff!

  • Brought our dogs Cooper and Luna for daycare and grooming. We are from Canada and are in Panama City for 4 years (Military). We looked for a daycare that would be similar to the one we had them in back in Canada and we definitely made the right choice! Super friendly staff and our fur babies are pooped out! They also did an amazing job on their grooming, they even did a touch up on Coopers nails when I noticed they were a tad long! Highly recommend! Cooper and Luna are definitely excited to return for daycare and eventually boarding :)

  • As traveling nurses my wife and I always seek out a Doggie day care. From my first contact with the owner I felt comfortable bringing our girl Blue Sapphire here. Owners and staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean and no bad odors. They kept us up to date on her first visit all the way to her last. Blue was always excited to go and always exhausted when she got home. Just the way we like it😅. She will miss them and us too. Highly recommend!!!!

  • My 6 month old puppy was getting destructive and bored at home and having accidents inside when I was at work so I looked into signing her up for day care. I toured another facility in Panama City and was disheartened until I found ruff house and we are both loving it. She comes home and sleeps all afternoon and is so much better behaved. She runs to the car in the morning and is so excited to go to daycare. The staff are so sweet with her and she has gotten better with meeting new people since we started bringing her! Im so glad I decided to bring her here.

  • Our dog started going to Ruff House as a puppy for puppy grooms when they first opened and now she enjoys the daycare as well. The staff is always very kind and you can tell they love and care about the animals very much! She runs into the door happily and I never worry while she is there. The facility is always extremely clean and welcoming! If you are looking for a daycare/ groomer/ boarding look no further!

  • First time at Ruff House. First time boarding my pups period. They came highly recommended by friends. From the moment of my first call to book my dogs, through pick up, they were awesome and super friendly. The boarding property is immaculate, the staff was patient with my 50 questions, and they have a visible love for their residents. The dogs were all happy, full of pep and obviously well cared for. Highly recommend Ruff House!

  • I absolutely love Ruff house. I have 2 Siberian Huskies who LOVE attending doggy daycare here. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met and truly love and care for each dog they see. I have tried over 5 different boarding facilities where my dogs have cried and howled (practically begging) me not to leave them. When I take them to ruff house I can barely hold them because of how fast they run in excitement to be there. I am beyond thankful for the amazing and caring owners who love my Emmi and Swayzee just as much as I do. Truly blessed to have found such an amazing boarding facility for my puppies.
